2009 BAFTA Awards – More coverage

I have added another set of 82 88 photos from last night’s Orange British Academy Film Awards. As mentioned earlier, Freida wore Oscar de la Renta (predicted here) to the event, and it might just be my favorite look of her’s so far! 2009 BAFTA Awards – First photos

The first 31 photos from the 2009 Orange British Academy Film Awards (also known as the BAFTAs) have been added to the gallery! Freida looked absolutely stunning in her light pink Oscar de la Renta dress as she was walking down the red carpet and posing in the press room. 2009 Bafta Awards – Freida spotted!

I just spotted Freida on the red carpet of the BAFTA Awards and she is looks nothing short of a vision in a stunning pink couture gown. Freida is, of course, nominated for Best Supporting Actress for her portrayal of “Latika” in Slumdog Millionaire. We will have plenty more coverage, including a video of Freida and Dev on the red carpet, later on today and tomorrow! Best of luck to Freida!

Update: Best Supporting Actress went to Penelope Cruz. Slumdog was, however, the winner of the night as it sweeped all of the major awards!

2009 BAFTA Awards – Nominees Party

Yesterday Freida Pinto, Dev Patel and Danny Boyle attended the party for this year’s BAFTA nominees. Freida is nominated for Best Supporting Actress for her portrayal of “Latika” in Slumdog Millionaire. I’ve added 21 photos from the event so far. Check them out by clicking on the previews below!

29th Annual London Critics’ Circle Film Awards

The 29th Annual London Critics’ Circle Film Awards is being held tonight at the Grosvenor House Hotel in London, England. There are already photos from the red carpet, though the only Slumdog Millionaire people there so far are Dev Patel and Danny Boyle. Fingers crossed for Freida!

Update: Still no sign of Freida at the award show. I guess she’s still in New York (she was seen leaving a business meeting there two days ago). Sorry to dissapoint!

More DGA Awards Coverage

As some of you noticed, Freida Pinto Fan experienced some downtime earlier today. It’s all fixed now and everything should be working normally again. Now onto today’s update; Another batch of 70+ photos of Freida from the 61st Annual Directors Guild of America Awards have been added to the gallery! She looked absolutely amazing in her draped Zac Posen dress.

Yesterday the 61st Annual Directors Guild of America Awards was held at the Hyatt Regency Century Plaza in Los Angeles. Freida Pinto along with co-stars Dev Patel & Anil Kapoor and director Danny Boyle were all in attendance. Miss Pinto looked fantastic in a short silvery dress, showing off her legs-for-days. Slumdog Millionaire walked away with yet another award! This time Danny Boyle received Outstanding Directorial Achievement in Motion Pictures. Are you too starting to smell some serious Oscar wins for the movie?
