Pictures of a Beautiful Freida Pinto on ‘Extra’

As we mentioned yesterday, Freida Pinto appeared on Extra‘s The Grove special to talk about Immortals. She looked absolutely beautiful in a multi-colored dress and some cool shoes. Freida on ‘Jimmy Kimmel Live’ Tonight + ‘Ellen’ Clip

As previously mentioned, Freida Pinto is set to guest Jimmy Kimmel Live tonight to promote Immortals. Be sure to tune in to ABC to see the interview! The other guests on tonight’s episode are Robert Pattinson and Thompson Square. Check back with us tomorrow for coverage from her appearance! She will appear on Extra‘s The Grove special this afternoon, as well!

Also, Freida appeared on The Ellen DeGeneres Show on Monday, but we still haven’t been able to find the interview online. However, a clip of them talking about the film’s nudity and Freida’s butt double was released by Ellen’s website, and you can watch the clip below. It’s super-funny (love Ellen’s presents) and Freida can’t get any cuter than in this video.

R-rated ‘Immortals’ Clip Released + New Stills

A new clip from Immortals has been released – and you clearly get why the movie’s R-rated. The clip has the gods fighting the titans in the goriest clips from an epic adventure movie ever. Trust me. So if you’re sensitive to those kind of things, I’d advise you not to watch it. However, it is awesome and has the Internet buzzing (which is a good thing considering the movie opens on Friday). Freida Pinto at the ‘Immortals’ Premiere After Party

After walking the red carpet and attending the premiere of Immortals at the Nokia Theatre in Los Angeles last night, Freida Pinto and her co-stars continued to the official after party. Miss Pinto changed in to a new (peach? orange?) dress and was seen smiling next to boyfriend Dev Patel, co-stars Henry Cavill and Isabel Lucas as well as the movie’s producers and more.

Pictures from the World Premiere of ‘Immortals’

Yesterday saw the world premiere of Immortals – coming to theaters this Friday! – and as one of the main stars Freida Pinto was, of course, in attendance. She looked absolutely divine in an Antonio Berardi Spring 2012 gown as she was photographed on the red carpet next to co-stars such as Isabel Lucas and Luke Evans. Andy Serkis Signs on for ‘Apes’ Sequel

According to Deadline Hollywood (via MovieWeb), 20th Century Fox has come to terms with actor Andy Serkis to return for a Rise of the Planet of the Apes sequel. The actor had only signed on for the first movie in his original deal, but it isn’t known how many sequels this new seven-figure deal includes.

Andy Serkis delivered a critically-acclaimed performance as the ape Caesar, which he portrayed via motion-capture. It isn’t known if James Franco or Freida Pinto will return, since the sequel is still in the early stages of development. Director Rupert Wyatt and screenwriters/producers Rick Jaffa and Amanda Silver will also return for the sequel.

It is also said that 20th Century Fox plans to wage an Oscar campaign for Andy Serkis’ performance in Rise of the Planet of the Apes. The Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences haven’t recognized motion-capture work in the past, despite many fans clamoring for the actor to be recognized for his work in The Lord of the Rings and King Kong. We’ll have to wait and see if the Academy is more receptive to a motion-capture performance this time around.

Fingers crossed for more Freida in the next movie, too!
